Privacy Policy applies to personal information of participants, their legal guardians and recreational coaches of the Supernovas program (“Program”).

What information we collect

For participants: 

  • Application and contact information: name of the participant and their legal guardians, date of birth, email address, sex, contact details, information about grade, city, country;
  • Information required to participate in the Program: participants identification information, clothing size, ID information of legal guardian, photo and video image;
  • Information in correspondence: information you send to us, which may include chat messages, emails, and phone calls you make to us.

For recreational coaches: 

  • Application and contact information: name, age, email address, phone number, country, city, education information, place of employment, experience information, sex, photo and video images, motivation letter;
  • Information required to participate in the Program: date of birth, passport details, ID card information, bank details;
  • Information in correspondence: Information you send to us, which may include chat messages, emails, and phone calls you make to us.

How we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

For recreational coaches: 

  • To review and administrate your application;
  • To respond to your inquiries;
  • To communicate with you; 
  • To conduct background checks for the successful candidates; 
  • To hold mentoring program; 
  • To create digital profile in Juni State program; 
  • To collect feedback about the Program;
  • To organize football festivals and grassroot competitions;
  • To arrange travels and accommodation;
  • To promote the Program;
  • For some countries: to sign an agreement and make a payment.

For participants:

  • To review and administrate your application;
  • To respond to your inquiries;
  • To communicate with you; 
  • To create digital profile in Juni State program; 
  • To collect feedback about the Program;
  • To organize football festivals and competitions; 
  • To arrange travels and accommodation;
  • To promote the Program;
  • To provide uniforms. 

How we share your information

With our corporate group: We may disclose personal Information to our corporate subsidiaries or other entities affiliated with inDrive.

With service providers. We may share your information with our service providers (e.g., accountants, consultants, software providers, travel agency) in order to carry out processes on our behalf or as a partner, or to support our program functions.

For marketing: We may cooperate with third-party marketing platforms and service providers to assist us and perform certain marketing services for us. We may also disclose personal information to share with the results of the Program on our social media pages. If you concerned about personal information, please contact your local coach or directly to us supernovas@indrive.com 

For legal reasons: We may disclose your personal information when it is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights.

To support our global operations, we share your information with members of our corporate group and other entities outside of your country of residence. We transfer your personal information in accordance with law, and take steps to ensure that your information is appropriately protected.

Your rights and choices

Accessing, amending or deleting your data. You may access, amend or delete your personal information that we hold by contacting us at the email indicated at the end of this Privacy Policy.

Asking us questions or raising a complaint. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this Privacy Policy or about how we treat your information. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law and subject to proper verification of your account and identity. If you wish to raise a concern about our use of your information, you have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. 

How we store your information 

We retain your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We may also need to retain some of your information for a longer period to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
